We are now offering bulk-billed telephone consultations to all of our existing patients.
To help us in our efforts to minimise the risk of COVID-19, we encourage patients to use telehealth services as an alternative to face-to-face consults where possible. If you are unsure if a telehealth consult is right for you, please visit our Telehealth Services page.
To book a telehealth service, you can contact reception at 07 5568 0332 or online via our website.
For telephone consults: Your GP will do their best to contact you at the scheduled time however unexpected delays may occur.
Face-to-face consults: We are still kindly asking patients to wait in their car until the doctor is ready to see you. You will need to call reception to check-in.

Medlab Pathology have recently changed their operating hours to Mon-Fri 7:30AM – 12:30PM.

**Important COVID-19 Message**

Reedy Creek Medical Centre will now require patients to WAIT IN THEIR CAR and contact reception upon their arrival PRIOR TO ENTERING THE SURGERY. Once the doctor is ready to see you, you will either be asked to proceed straight into the doctor’s room or be seen in your car. Your health is of utmost importance to us and are taking all the necessary measures to reduce unnecessary contact/time in the wait room and minimise the potential spread to you and your loved ones.

We understand that this is a stressful time. However, in accordance with Australian Public Health advice, Reedy Creek Medical Centre asks that any individuals who:

  • Had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19
            • AND

  • Experiencing cold/flu/respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing)

DO NOT BOOK OR ATTEND THE SURGERY!!! Please go directly to either the Gold Coast University Hospital Fever Clinic or Robina Health Precinct Fever Clinic.

In light of COVID- 19, Reedy Creek Medical Centre has introduced a screening questionnaire for completion prior to your appointment.    We kindly ask that you answer these questions honestly.  Patients who are found to be dishonest with their reason for visit and come to the clinic with flu-like symptoms will unfortunately have their appointment cancelled and will be asked to leave; fees may also apply.
