*Telephone health services: We are now offering bulk-billed telephone consultations to all existing patients. To help in our efforts to minimise the risk of COVID-19, we encourage patients to use telephone health services as an alternative to face-to-face consults where possible. The process of booking a telephone consultation is simple and operates in the same manner as making a standard face to face appointment. When making an appointment online simply select the appointment type ‘phone consultation’ rather than the reason for the appointment. Alternatively, you can call reception on 55680332 for bookings. Please note, your GP will do their best to contact you at the scheduled time however unexpected delays may occur. *Face-to-face consults: We are still kindly asking patients to wait in their car until the doctor is ready to see you. You will need to call reception to check-in.

**Important COVID-19 Message**
Reedy Creek Medical Centre will now require patients to WAIT IN THEIR CAR and contact reception upon their arrival PRIOR TO ENTERING THE SURGERY. Once the doctor is ready to see you, you will either be asked to proceed straight into the doctor’s room or be seen in your car. Your health is of utmost importance to us and are taking all the necessary measures to reduce unnecessary contact/time in the wait room and minimise the potential spread to you and your loved ones.
We understand that this is a stressful time. However, in accordance with Australian Public Health advice, Reedy Creek Medical Centre asks that any individuals who:
- Had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19
- Experiencing cold/flu/respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing)

In light of COVID- 19, Reedy Creek Medical Centre has introduced a screening questionnaire for completion prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you answer these questions honestly. Patients who are found to be dishonest with their reason for visit and come to the clinic with flu-like symptoms will unfortunately have their appointment cancelled and will be asked to leave; fees may also apply.
